The 6th International Conference on Law, Public Policy, and Human Rights (ICLaPH 2026) is an annual global academic gathering proudly hosted by Nusa Putra University in collaboration with İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi as co-host. Taking place from November 5-7, 2026, in Istanbul, Turkey, the event offers both face-to-face and virtual participation options. It brings together scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and human rights advocates from around the world to address the legal, ethical, and societal implications of rapid digital transformation in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Pioneering Sustainable Digital Governance: Crafting Ethical and Resilient Legal Frameworks for Innovation Toward the SDGs

Topics

Law - SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions): constitutional law, democracy and constitutionalism; judicial review and emergency law; criminal law, restorative justice and juvenile protection; cybercrime, terrorism and national security law; international humanitarian, trade and maritime law; access to justice and comparative socio-legal studies. SDG 13 (Climate Action): international environmental law; climate change law and policy; renewable energy law; disaster risk reduction; environmental justice and indigenous rights; sustainable development law and intergenerational equity. SDG 8: inclusive growth, fair labour practices and sustainable business regulation in the digital economy.
