Most congress websites are built once, paid for every year, and abandoned after the event. A hosted site on kongre.net works differently.
Just 350 EUR per event · one payment, not a yearly subscription
One payment hosts your congress website for life: active management for 12 months from purchase, and after that the site stays online free, still hosted. No renewal fees. Prices exclude VAT.
What you get
- A clear address. Your congress runs at eventname.kongre.net, in your logo and colours, and you can redirect your own domain to it. No hosting fees, no annual renewals.
- The full record. Programme, sessions, speakers, venue, fees, accommodation and committees, all edited from your dashboard.
- Services as you need them. Online registration and payments, abstract submission and video conference are separate services, added only when you want them; each runs until 60 days after the event ends.
- Promotion built in. Your congress appears in every relevant category, country and date listing, in the feeds of people who follow your field, and in the attendee network.
- Maintained by us. Security, updates and uptime are our job, not yours.
- Permanent. After the hosted year, your congress website stays online free, exactly as it is — not downgraded to a plain listing. Delegates can always find what happened.
How it works
- List your event. This is free.
- Tell us which services you need. Hosting is 350 EUR per event excluding VAT; registration, abstracts and video conference are priced separately on the pricing page.
- We set up your subdomain and you manage the content from your dashboard.
