When your event uses a kongre.net event app, everything you need during the event is in one place, inside the kongre.net app. There is nothing extra to install.
Scan the QR code your organiser shares, or tap their link. The event app opens inside kongre.net. Press and hold its icon on the Discover screen to pin it there for quick access during the event.
Many organisers approve who can use their event app. If you registered through kongre.net, or the organiser has you on their attendee list, you are in automatically. Otherwise you can ask for access and the organiser decides. Until then you can still see the public event page and its programme.

Download for Android on Google PlayEvent apps are available for events hosted on kongre.net. At the venue, your desk staff check attendees in by scanning their pass with the kongre.net app. Add them as check-in staff and they can scan without getting editing rights to your event.
Everything else is managed from your kongre.net web dashboard: approving attendees, uploading your attendee list, the programme, sponsors, the venue map, polls and Q&A moderation, announcements and your app's colours. Questions: [email protected].
