Where can you deliver?
We arrange courier delivery within the United Kingdom and Türkiye. Send the full address and required arrival date so we can confirm the available options for your order.
Can you deliver to my hotel or event venue?
Yes, subject to the location accepting your parcel. Please confirm the recipient, delivery window and any stand number or parcel instructions with your hotel or venue.
How far ahead should I order?
Production and courier times depend on the product, quantity and destination. Send your brief as early as possible; we confirm the schedule with your quote.
Do banners and backdrops include a stand?
Tell us whether you need the print only or the supporting hardware too. Your quote will specify exactly what is included. Installation is quoted separately if available.
Do I need finished artwork?
Send print-ready files if you have them. If you need artwork preparation or design, tell us in your brief and we will quote for that separately.
