Is listing an event free?
Yes. A standard listing is free. Featured placement and hosted congress websites are paid options for organisers.
How do I claim or edit an event that is already listed?
Create an account and request the organiser role when you register. Once it is approved, email [email protected] with the event URL and we will attach the listing to your account.
What does "Planning to attend" do?
It saves the event to your dashboard. If you allow it in your profile settings, your name also appears in the public attendee list for that event.
Can I remove my name from an attendee list?
Yes. Turn off the visibility option in your profile settings, or remove the attendance mark on the event page.
Who handles registration payments?
Payments for events that use kongre.net registration are processed by kongre.net through Stripe. Refund requests go to the event organiser, who decides under their own refund policy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile and choose Delete account. Your account is blocked immediately and permanently anonymised after 14 days. Paid registration records are kept for accounting, without your profile data.
