STARWEST 2022 took place from 2 to 7 October 2022 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California, with a virtual attendance option alongside the in-person event. The edition marked the 30th anniversary of the conference, celebrated by the organisers as the world's largest software testing conference, and featured talks on test automation and leadership, agile testing, microservices and cloud, and career and personal development.
