Navigating the Future of Nursing: Practice in a Changing World is a continuing-education conference held on an 11-night Northern Europe cruise aboard the MSC Preziosa, departing from and returning to Hamburg (22 September to 3 October 2027) via the Norwegian coast and the Arctic Circle. Sessions on workforce pressures, scope of practice and technology in nursing are held on the four sea days, 8:30-10:30 and 11:00-13:00; session titles are still to be announced.

Objectives

To gain clarity on the future of nursing, address workforce pressures, explore expanded scope of practice, and understand the safe use of technology in healthcare.

Who should attend

Registered nurses across all clinical areas, nurse practitioners and advanced practice nurses, nurse educators and researchers, and interdisciplinary professionals working closely with nursing teams.
