Organized by Learning & the Brain, this first annual fall conference takes place at the Hilton Austin in Austin, Texas, and virtually via Zoom from November 12 to 14, 2026. The event explores the science of student motivation, connecting research on mindsets, beliefs, mastery, autonomy, belonging, relevance, and metacognition to evidence-based teaching practices. Designed as a hybrid conference, it offers attendees access to event recordings for 45 days following the conclusion of the program.
