International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM 14)

Call for Papers

IRSSM 14 invites scholarly contributions addressing a broad range of topics in service management, particularly those aligned with the theme of rethinking service management in emerging economies.

Submission Options:

  • Extended Abstract: A 3-page structured summary (maximum 1,500 words, excluding references) presenting the study's objectives, theoretical background, methodology, key findings, and contributions.
  • Full Paper: A comprehensive manuscript (maximum 8,000 words, excluding references, tables, and appendices) presenting complete and original research. Eligible for the Best Paper Award and Young Service Researcher Award.

Submission Guidelines: All submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, following specific formatting guidelines (A4 size, 1-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing). Submissions should be emailed to irssm14@gmail.com.
