The International Conference on Medical Malpractice – Obstetrics & Gynecology is the first meeting of a newly established international conference series dedicated to the multidisciplinary analysis of malpractice across medical specialties. This inaugural meeting focuses on obstetrics and gynecology, a field characterized by high clinical complexity, elevated risk profiles, and significant medico-legal implications.

Clinical Practice, Legal Responsibility, and Patient Safety

Objectives

Examine malpractice in obstetrics and gynecology from clinical, forensic, and legal perspectives; Promote patient safety and quality of care through evidence-based approaches; Discuss the role of expert witnessing and forensic evaluation in malpractice cases; Compare international legal frameworks, jurisprudence, and compensation systems; Encourage interdisciplinary cooperation between medicine, law, and forensic sciences; Contribute to the development of best practices and policy recommendations.
