ESC Congress 2027 is the annual congress of the European Society of Cardiology, taking place in Milan, Italy, on 27–30 August 2027 — the first time the congress is held in Milan. Over four days it covers the full range of cardiovascular medicine, with the 2027 spotlight on prevention: risk prediction, early detection, treatment, rehabilitation and long-term management across the lifespan. The call for science and registration open in mid-December 2026.
