The 2027 ASLO Aquatic Sciences Meeting explores the drivers and stressors that shape aquatic systems and identifies opportunities to implement sustainable solutions across the aquatic continuum. It is convened by the Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO) and co-sponsored by the International Society of Limnology (SIL) and regional partners.

Waterscapes Under Pressure: Drivers and Opportunities
Objectives
To explore the functioning of the aquatic continuum, identify formal and informal opportunities for education and engagement related to water, and focus on approaches that empower underrepresented groups to equally benefit from and contribute to water research, policy, and governance.
Who should attend
Researchers, educators, students, early career researchers, and professionals in aquatic sciences, limnology, oceanography, and water resource management.
