The inaugural Andragogy for Impact (AnfI) 2026 conference explores how adult learning can be re-envisioned to bridge education and industry, strengthen learning infrastructures, and cultivate intergenerational learning. Bringing together educators, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders, the event features keynotes, panel discussions, colloquia, and pre-conference workshops.

Objectives

Co-create new models of learning that are ethical, inclusive, and future-ready; deepen understanding of how people across ages learn from cognitive, socio-emotional, socio-economic, and sociocultural perspectives; offer evidenced support for the effectiveness and impact of andragogical methods; and support the design of effective work-learn models that bridge education and industry.
