The 5th International Case Report Congress (ICRC 2027) is a multidisciplinary medical congress organised by the Macedonian Medical Society (MLD) and held at Holiday Inn Skopje on 9–11 April 2027. Physicians, residents, medical students and other healthcare professionals present and discuss clinical case reports: rare presentations, difficult diagnoses and real treatment decisions. Scientific tracks cover gynecology and obstetrics, surgery, internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, radiology and imaging, dermatology and aesthetic medicine, a multidisciplinary track and a students’ session.
