The 2026 New York State Family History Conference is presented by the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society (NYG&B) as New York's largest statewide gathering of family history researchers, genealogists and history enthusiasts. Themed "New Perspectives, Best Practices", the 2026 edition features livestreaming presentations from NYG&B headquarters in New York City on 18-19 September 2026, plus additional on-demand sessions available to all registrants from 9 September to 16 November 2026. The programme suits both those beginning to build genealogy skills and researchers tackling more advanced problems.
