Literature & Cultural Studies

Literature and cultural studies examine texts and cultural practices, from literary periods and genres to film, music, popular culture and cultural theory. Conferences are panel-led, frequently themed around an author, period or concept, and often include readings, screenings or performances. Delegates include literary scholars and doctoral researchers, teachers and critics, writers and translators, and curators and programmers working with cultural material.
