Questions to ask before choosing

  • Which congresses of a similar size and subject have they run?
  • Do they work on a fixed fee, a per-delegate fee, or take financial risk with you?
  • Which registration and abstract systems do they use, and who owns the data?
  • Who will be your day-to-day contact, and how big is their team?
  • Are they members of industry bodies such as IAPCO or ICCA?
