"Biosensors for Pandemics 2021: Reliable and efficient nanotech-based diagnostics in emergency situations" is the 2nd edition of an Online conference that will address the main problems the scientific community is facing nowadays for COVID-19 pandemics. The idea is to get again together worldwide well-known experts in biosensing technologies who are working currently in COVID-19 diagnostics or have a great potential for the application of their technologies in the near future.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 6^th Annual World Congress of Smart Materials-2021, which will be held in Barcelona from March 10-11, 2021, I sincerely invite you to this excellent meeting with great scientists from worldwide and sharing new achievements in Smart Materials World. The fruitful conference program includes plenary lectures, breakout sessions, panel discussion, poster showcase on a variety of topics, and various programs for participants from different countries around the world.

International Petroleum and Petrochemical Technology Conference (Beijing) 2021 will be held from 30 March - 1 April 2021 in Beijing, China. At the same time, IPPTC will be equipped with the 22nd China International Petroleum and Petrochemical Exhibition.

International Petroleum and Petrochemical Technology Conference (Shanghai) 2021 will be held during 25-27 August 2021 in Shanghai, China. At the same time, IPPTC will be equipped with the 13th Shanghai International Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition.

At present we intend to host the conference according to COVID-secure guidelines onsite in Palma, Mallorca to best facilitate in-person networking and learning.

However, as the future situation regarding international travel remains uncertain, we have the option to switch to our fully interactive online conference platform should the need arise.

During the past forty years there has been extensive, continuous, and growing interaction between logic and computer science. In many respects, logic provides computer science with both a unifying foundational framework and a tool for modeling. In fact, logic has been called “the calculus of computer science”, playing a crucial role in diverse areas such as artificial intelligence, computational complexity, distributed computing, database systems, hardware design, programming languages, and software engineering.

The 6th FSCD (International Conference on Formal Structures for Computation and Deduction) was originally planned to be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from July 17 to 24, 2021.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic situation, the 2021 edition of FSCD and its satellite workshops will be held online.
